Greetings!

We like to share with you on the development of the HDX BD-1 firmware. It has been a while since we release any new firmware, partly due to the spring festival long holiday we had back in Februray and also because we are developing a new UI for the BD-1.

The new UI is a neccesary move to accomodate more advance feature, and development work takes a longer time because its a major update, unlike the weekly update that was posted from version 4.5 till 4.9.

To answer the golden question, what will you see in the new firmware?

1) A brand new UI, that works like XMB (think PS3 style)
2) Overall network stability and improving network streaming througput.
3) Support wifi via USB dongle
4) Support local hard drive installation wizard
5) Resolve overall playback stability of content
6) much more.......

Dear All,

The last firmware release before the chinese new year breaks. We have nearly release new update on a weekly basis and its time for our engineers to take a break. Expect the next one to be significant!

Is time of the year again, we are closing for chinese new year holiday from 10th Feb till 20th Feb.

All orders made between this period of time, will not be ship.
