Dear HDXers,

We recently noticed that there has been an increase incident of users not receiving response from the support portal, in which we have investigated that there is a bug which prevents the system from sending out email to notify on reply. While our web engineers are looking into resolving this bug. Kindly write to me at alex.brokenarrow @ hdx1080.com (remove the spaces) with your ticket ID if your case has no response for more than 3 working day.
